Plum dumplings

Plum dumplings

The potatoes, washed well, I boiled them in water so that they are covered and peeled.

I left them on the fire until they penetrated well, checking with a fork, then I drained the water and left them to cool.

The biscuits, being stronger, I passed them through the robot and placed them on a plate. I didn't need to add sugar to them because they were sweet.

After cooling the potatoes, I cleaned them and mashed them for puree, then I added sugar, salt, oil and essence and I rubbed well with the mixer until the sugar melted, then I incorporated eggs and finally flour.

I washed the plums, wiped them and removed the seeds, then powdered them with cinnamon.

I sprinkled a little flour on a plate, I floured my hands and I started to shape the dumplings.

I took a spoonful of the composition, placing it in my left hand, then I put the plum in the middle and dressed it with the composition, uniforming it like a ball.

I placed it on the floured plate and moved on to the next one.

I did this with each one, filling my hands from time to time because the composition was still a little sticky.

I put a pot of water and a little salt on the fire, and when it reached the boiling point I started to dip dumplings, as many as they could fit, so that there was room next to them so I could take them out without crushing them and I left them. in water 3-4 minutes, then I took them out with a spatula and put them on the tray with biscuits.

I rolled them in biscuits, then I placed them in a tray lined with baking paper and put them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

They came out very good and so with biscuits and walnuts!
