Vegetable cream soup

  • 2 carrots
  • a small onion
  • 4 mushroom mushrooms
  • a potato
  • a piece of celery root
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Garam Masala
  • chilli
  • sour cream
  • chopped parsley

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cream vegetable soup:

Chop the onion, carrot and celery in the food processor and fry in a little oil for a few minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms. After 5 minutes, add water, spices and diced potatoes and let it boil. After the vegetables are cooked, season and leave to cool for about 20 minutes, then put the soup in the blender and back in the pot, where it is left to boil for a few minutes. Serve with chilli flakes, chopped parsley and sour cream. A madness!
