He lived 95 years, dedicating his life to raising bees. One of the secrets of its longevity lies in the consumption of bee products.

He even had a recipe, which he recommended to all those who want to stay young and healthy.

Honey paste with pollen and sesame - recipe

Needless to say, the bee products used in this recipe must be 100% natural and local. Not counterfeit or imported.

This is the basic condition for obtaining a valuable and curative preparation.

ingredients

  • 1 kg of honey
  • 200 g of raw pollen
  • 1 kg of lemons
  • 250 g of raw sesame

Method of preparation

Squeeze the juice from 1 kg of juicy lemons. Pour the juice into a glass jar and add the pollen.

Mix with a wooden spoon until the pollen grains melt and become a paste.

Then add the honey and mix.

This mixture is left to soak for 24 hours.

The last step is to incorporate the sesame seeds. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous paste.

Optional ingredients

The recipe above is the basic recipe. On it you can build various dishes, adding new ingredients, such as cinnamon, cloves, turmeric, ginger, sea buckthorn, rosehip (in the form of powder or whole food).

You can also use other bee products, such as propolis tincture or royal jelly.

People allergic to sesame can use other types of seeds, or oily fruits, such as: sunflower or pumpkin kernels, hemp seeds, Romanian nuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, hazelnuts, etc.

Administration method

Honey paste with pollen and sesame can be consumed as such, 2 tablespoons a day.

Another indicated way is to add in a glass of warm water (or yogurt).

The liqueur obtained is administered in the morning, half an hour or an hour before breakfast.

The other tablespoon of pasta will be consumed in the evening, a few hours before bedtime.

Dissolving pollen in lemon juice or other acidic medium helps to completely assimilate it in the digestive tract.

If you are using the pollen for the first time, it is advisable to start the treatment after a meal. As the body gets used to it, you can administer it on an empty stomach.

How long is the cure

The treatment with this preparation can take several weeks or a month. There are 2-week breaks between pollen strains of 1 month.

It has the best effects in spring and autumn, as it gives energy and prevents diseases specific to the cold season.

Pollen is considered a complete food because it provides most of the nutrients we need.

41% of its composition consists of crude protein. It contains all the essential amino acids. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

A wonderfully tasty and quick recipe, about which I almost don't know what to write, it's that simple! I'm just telling you that we had this tuna paste with mustard on the New Year's table and we really, really liked it! Apparently you'd say it 's not a very varied appetizer, canned tuna, some yolks and a bit of mustard there. Yes, but all together, spun 2-3 times in the blender, they give us an incredibly good paste.

Because I kept using the yolks for the tuna paste and my egg whites remained cooked, I filled them and decorated them as nicely as I could and I got an appetizer worthy of a festive meal. On the plate you can also see eggs filled with cream cheese with paprika and cumin seeds (recipe here), very tasty and good-looking too!

Ingredients for egg cream:

  • 6 boiled eggs, hard
  • 3 tablespoons butter, 1 small onion
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Green parsley (to taste), 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

How to prepare egg cream?

Put boiled eggs in a saucepan with water. Boil them until they become hard, then let them cool slightly and peel them. Pass the peeled eggs with a fork and put them in a bowl.

Peel an onion and cut it into small cubes. Add the chopped onion to the egg bowl. Now add the 3 tablespoons of butter, 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Rinse the green parsley, let it dry and chop it finely, then add it to the egg paste. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Leave the egg paste in the fridge for at least half an hour, after which we can serve it.

Egg paste can be served with both fresh bread and toast. I like toast the most, I find it extremely tasty in this combination. Have fun with your loved ones and increase your cooking!
