55 grams (1/4 cup) powdered sugar
3 teaspoons dry yeast
1 pinch of salt

5 steps to prepare simple donuts:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, powdered sugar (1/4 cup), dry yeast and salt. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter in a bain-marie and eggs well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Mix together with the dry ingredients until they become a stickier dough.

2. Knead the dough on a surface well sprinkled with flour, until it no longer sticks. Put in a lightly greased bowl with butter. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for an hour and a half or until the dough has doubled in size.

3. Knead the dough again on a surface sprinkled with flour for about two minutes. Spread the dough with a rolling pin in a one-centimeter-thick sheet. Let stand for two minutes.

4. Use a round cutter to make 8 cm discs. With a smaller cutter, 3.5 centimeters, cut the centers of the discs. Add to a tray lined with baking paper and leave for 15 minutes to rise slightly.

5. Combine the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and heat the oil in a large pan. Immerse the donuts in hot oil on each side for 40 seconds or until each side has swelled and turned golden. Pass the donuts through the sugar mixture.

Even though it is an extremely simple salad, it has a special taste. The combination of stewed cabbage with cooked beets offers an interesting result.

INGREDIENT:

& # 8211 350-400 gr of cooked beets (4 beets)

& # 8211 300 gr sauerkraut (no juice)

& # 8211 100-120 gr of onion (1 onion)

& # 8211 1 tablespoon oil - for frying

& # 8211 ground black pepper - to taste

& # 8211 1 tablespoon oil - for serving.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. For all salads, you need to bake beets. Unlike boiled beets, cooked beets have no aqueous structure. Wash it, dry it, wrap it in foil and bake it for 70 minutes in a preheated oven up to 200 ° C.

2. Allow the beets to cool and peel them.

3. Cut the onion in half into rounds and fry it in the pan with oil for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned, stirring periodically.

4. Add the sauerkraut and fry over medium to high heat for 3-5 minutes. Then season it with black pepper, remove from the heat and let it cool.

5. Pass the beets through the large grater, chop the dill and add it to the beet bowl.

6. Add the warm cabbage with onion, oil and mix the salad well.

Advice. Taste the salad and add more salt if you feel the need.

2. Beetroot salad with eggplant and fermented cream

Garlic eggplant always forms a tasty duet, and fried with parsley is a real treat!

INGREDIENT:

& # 8211 350-400 gr of cooked beets (4 beets)

& # 8211 230-250 gr of eggplant (1 eggplant)

& # 8211 200 gr of fermented cream (15%).

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Cut the eggplant into rounds, then straw. Add salt, oil and mix well.

2. Transfer the eggplant to the dry pan and fry over high heat for 7-10 minutes, until ready, stirring regularly so as not to burn.

3. Pass the beets through the large grater, chop the parsley and add it to the beet bowl.

4. Add the eggplant, crushed garlic, cream, salt and mix.

3. Beet salad with apple and cheese

4. Transfer the salad to the plate and sprinkle with grated cheese through a small grater.

How do you make donuts like in copy?

Mix the sugar and the yeast in a cup and rub well. In a deep bowl put the slightly warmed milk, eggs, vanilla essence and sugar and yeast mixture. After mixing thoroughly with the whisk, gradually add as much flour as it contains. (And if you find this expression too vague, forget what it means: put flour in until you get an elastic dough that doesn't stick to your hands, and you can cut it into a donut shape.)   • 2 eggs
  • 140 gr. yogurt (1 glass)
  • 4 & # 8211 5 tablespoons sugar (it depends on how sweet you want them)
  • 8 - 9 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon of ammonia extinguished
  • 2 large apples
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 glass of frying oil
  • optional: 1 cinnamon powder (or as preferred)
  • powdered sugar for decoration

Method of preparation

-Wash, peel the apples and grate them on a large grater.

-In a bowl beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, add in turn the yogurt, flour, baking soda (with lemon juice or vinegar), grated apples, cinnamon powder (optional) and homogenize the composition. It should result in a fairly consistent composition, slightly thicker than the cake.

-Let the composition to "rest" approx. 5-10 minutes.

-In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan (preferably a vessel narrower than the usual pan and with higher wallsThe oil should cover the bottom of the bowl for about 3 fingers.

-With the help of a teaspoon, take the prepared dough and form the donuts that are fried in hot oil. (Be careful not to crowd them, because they grow and swell when fried and you risk sticking to each other!).Brown nicely for 2-3 minutes on both sides.

-As they are fried, remove the donuts and place them on a kitchen paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

-When all the donuts are fried, move them to the serving platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

-They can be served as such, hot or cold, or with cream and jam.


Method of preparation

Put a pot of salted water to boil, and when it reaches boiling point, add the pasta. Cook until al dente, drain well and transfer to a large bowl.

Meanwhile, peel the onion, celery, carrot and garlic and finely chop.

Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the chopped vegetables, beef and pork and cook the composition, stirring with a spatula, until the meat begins to turn brown, for about 3 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, oregano, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and cook the sauce, stirring occasionally, for about 1 minute. Add the wine and boil, stirring constantly, until reduced by half, for about 1 minute. Add the tomato sauce, reduce the heat to medium and boil the composition until the sauce is slightly thickened, for about 4 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add the butter. Mix the meat sauce with the pasta, add the Parmesan cheese and season with pepper. Allow the sauce to cool, then store in the oven in an airtight container for 3 days.

1/3 cup sugar
1 egg tied
1/4 cup milk
4 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
grated lemon peel

4 steps to make yogurt donuts:

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Grease a frying pan with oil or cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and grated lemon peel.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar and egg. Add the milk, lemon juice and yoghurt, mixing well until the composition is homogeneous. Mix the vanilla essence.

3. Using a spoon, form the donuts, which are added to the heat-resistant pan greased with oil, and leave in the oven for about 7-8 minutes or until slightly golden. Allow to cool.

4. To prepare the icing, mix together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt and mix again. Add more lemon juice, if you feel the need, until it reaches the desired consistency. Dip each donut in the glaze and garnish with grated lemon peel.
