Oriental salad

Oriental salad

It is tasty, easy to make and healthy.

  • 5-6 larger potatoes
  • a dried onion and 2 green onion strands
  • one green cucumber and one pickle
  • 2-3 eggs
  • a red pepper (red)
  • a handful of olives
  • 2-3 tablespoons mustard
  • a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 100 ml oil
  • a few strands of dill
  • a little salt

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Oriental salad:

I boiled hard-boiled eggs, cleaned them by separating the yolks (which I used for mayonnaise) and cut the egg whites into small slices; I boiled the potatoes in their skins, then I cleaned them and cut them into cubes. In a yena bowl I put the egg whites, diced potatoes, chopped onions, finely chopped cucumbers and peppers, then I added the olives. Separately from the yolks, mustard and oil I made mayonnaise which I mixed with the ingredients prepared in the bowl. I sprinkled chopped dill and sprinkled with vinegar. A goodness came out.
