POTATO SALAD WITH SMOKED TOFU - Recipes
We offer you a simple recipe to shame for cooking mashed potatoes with smoked mackerel. Not only will it diversify any family dinner, but it will also add new sensations of taste.

1. Wash the potatoes, put them in a saucepan, add water and simmer until half boiled directly on the skin. After that, drain the water, cool the potatoes, peel and cut into slices about 5 mm thick.
2. Open the onion, cut with a knife and fry in butter until golden. Wash the dill greens, shake off the water and cut well with a knife.
3. Grease the tray with a large amount of oil. At the bottom of the form overlap put half of the potato circles.
4. Sprinkle a layer of potatoes with ½ part of the fried onion and season with pepper and salt.
5. Mackerel gently remove the skin. Cut the fillets into large pieces, remove the bones and the ridge.

13. Remove the prepared potato casserole with smoked mackerel from the oven, sprinkle with your favorite herbs and serve immediately.
Simple avocado mayonnaise
Avocado mayonnaise is a wonderful salad dressing, it is creamy, flavorful and very light. And if we mix it with a clove of crushed garlic we get a perfect sauce for baked / fried potatoes, burger, etc.
I didn't want to make this mayonnaise with oil because avocados contain a fairly large amount of fat. Of course we are talking about healthy fats (Omega-3 fatty acids) that are good for the body. But in combination with oil we will create fatty and heavy foods. If we use a little plain water instead we will get a fine cream, with a texture similar to mayonnaise.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. In a blender, mix the avocado pulp with the lemon juice and mustard.
2. Add a little water and mix until you get a creamy paste, such as mayonnaise. Season with salt and avocado mayonnaise is ready!

Ingredients for eight servings of smoked fish salad

How to prepare salad with smoked fish
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them with a little salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Leave for about 15-20 minutes or until soft. Remove and allow to drain and cool.
Chop the dill (leaves only) and pickles and place in a separate bowl or over the potatoes (if cooked).
Carrots and celery are grated on a large grater.
Chop the onion and pepper and place over the carrots and celery.
In a separate bowl make a mixture of vinegar, sugar and 200 ml of water and leave to boil. Roast onions, peppers, carrots and celery for about 7-10 minutes. Remove the vegetables in a colander. After draining, put in the bowl with potatoes, cucumbers and dill and leave to cool.
Make a mayonnaise from two eggs (one raw and one boiled) and 250 ml of sunflower oil as in this article.
After the vegetables have cooled, add the mayonnaise, a little salt and pepper and mix well.
Break the smoked fish into small pieces, add over the vegetables and mix well. Watch out for the bones! Season with salt and pepper.
You can use any other smoked fish, but I chose trout because I found no additives.
The costs for eight portions of smoked fish salad are about 25-30 RON (2015 prices).
