Pork bone soup and sour cream

First wash the bones well and boil them in 4 liters of water, adding a pinch of salt.

We remove the foam that forms.

We clean and wash the vegetables. Grate the celery, chop the peppers and onions and cut the potatoes into suitable pieces.

After the bones have boiled for about 30 minutes, add the vegetables and let them boil over the right heat until the meat is easily detached from the bones.

We remove the bones with a foamer and when they cool we choose the meat from them and put it in the soup.

Beat the sour cream with the eggs, dilute the mixture with a pinch of hot soup and add it to the pot.

Bring to a boil, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Add green parsley to the pot or plate.
