That is why we often prefer boneless fish as the main ingredient (either cod fillets, cod, salmon, etc.).

We will prepare a hake fillet in the oven with a mashed potato, which children, not only adults, enjoy.

In a bowl will be made a fish sauce from: sour cream, crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, salt, pepper, finely chopped mint leaves, mixed with a whisk until smooth.

from aluminum foil 4 strips with dimensions of 30/15 cm will be cut, and on each strip of aluminum foil well greased with olive oil, a bed will be made of tomato slices, over which the fish fillets will be placed.
