Baked potatoes

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thick slices (in 4 or 6).

Put about 2 liters of water in a pot. When it starts to boil, put the potatoes and keep them on the fire for 3 minutes, drain and put them in a pan with a lid. Add the spices and oil and stir the pan to season all the potatoes. Then place the potatoes in a tray lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes on medium heat, during which time turn twice so that all parts of the potatoes are browned.

5. Press the garlic and mix it with soft butter, add the chopped dill and mix.

6. Remove the potatoes from the oven and place a little garlic mixture in the middle of each potato.

3 cups kosher salt or sea salt
