Russian tart with cheese and chocolate

The recipe is from Ioana-Secretele bucatariei magazine, I made some changes, it is absolutely delicious

  • 80 g butter

  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons gray
  • 2 large tablespoons of sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Orange peel
  • Topping
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • a handful of coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 50 g raisins
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ness
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

HOW TO PREPARE Russian tart recipe with cheese and chocolate:

Mix the dry ingredients, add the egg, butter (at room temperature) the pieces and knead well, if necessary add the milk. Refrigerate. Meanwhile we take care of the cream.

Cream


Mix the cheese with the cream and the sugar, add the eggs and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients. And set aside.

topping

Mix the dry ingredients, add the butter (at room temperature) and if necessary the 2 tablespoons of water. It must be crumbly like rags.


Assemble

Put the top in the tart pan, prick it with a fork, add the filling and the topping. Put it in the oven for about 50 minutes. Make the first 40 minutes hard, the last 10 minutes on low heat!
