RECIPE PREPARATION Kiwi Smoothie:

squeeze the juice from 2 oranges and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes with the coconut milk (I didn't put a specific weight, depending on how much liquid you want the smoothie to be).

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put the fruit in the blender (or a few pieces in the mouth :)) and form a fine puree.
