Mmmmmmmmmmmmm .... I really like apple cakes, with me you will find this delicious dessert every week!

  • It was:
  • 200 gr butter
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 375 gr yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 vanilla sachets
  • 2 eggs husband
  • 750 gr flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (1/2 sachet)
  • Filling:
  • 15 beautiful apples
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon sachet
  • 1 sachet of vanilla
  • Decor:
  • powdered sugar

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Apple cake:

Beat the butter and sugar in the mixer until they become creamy, add eggs, vanilla, salt powder.

Add the yogurt and then the flour and baking powder.

We make a beautiful dough that we will divide into two pieces and spread them in sheets. I lay directly on the parchment paper. The sheets are easily stretched, the dough is elastic and does not break.

We will put the bottom sheet then on top of the grated apples, then we will sprinkle the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

I spread the top sheet on parchment paper and then turn it over the apples, it's much easier.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees or until golden brown. Cut only when the cake has cooled then powder with sugar and cinnamon.
