Guguluf a`la Cleme

Guguluf on the left, guguluf on the right, I was dizzy. So I decided to gugulufez myself.

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g of margarine
  • 40 g larger chopped walnuts
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • cherries about 32 pcs
  • Dr.Oetker egg liqueur glaze
  • the silicone form

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Guguluf a`la Cleme:

The margarine mixes well with the sugar until it becomes a foam. Add the yolks, one by one and mix well, then the walnuts and flour. Beat the egg whites well with a pinch of salt and add over the above composition, stirring slowly until you incorporate the whole egg white. On the bottom of the form we put the cherries then the composition, we keep 2-3 spoons of it and we mix them with a spoon of cocoa and we form a kind of ring with the cocoa part over the composition already poured in the form. Put the form in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, over low heat.

When the toothpick test is over, it's ready. When it is ready, take it out of the form and glaze it.
