Cut kiwi and 4 orange slices and place on a plate, sprinkling with 4 tablespoons of sugar to leave the juice.

Mix the juice from the sliced ​​fruit with the juice from 2 oranges and the one from the pineapple box.

Put the gelatin soaked in 100 ml of juice.

Put a pan with boiling water.

Rub the yolks with 6 tablespoons of sugar, add the milk and boil in a steam bath, stirring constantly. After removing the cream from the heat, melt the gelatin and add it over the cream, mixing well.

Beat the whipped cream with 3 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the cream and chopped pineapple and mix lightly with a spoon.

Moisten a pan, then cover the walls with foil (aluminum or plastic). Put the fruit slices around the pan, then put 2 or 3 rows (depending on the size of the pan) of cream and biscuits soaked in juice. Cover and leave in the fridge until the next day, then turn over on a plate.
