We start preparing for the white chocolate layer. Put the whipped cream on the fire and add the white chocolate when it starts to boil. Mix the gelatin with the 100 ml of water and add it to the composition on the fire, mix well and take the composition off the fire. Pour the cake-shaped composition with removable walls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
After the 3 hours of waiting, we start preparing the milk chocolate layer. Follow the same steps as for the white chocolate layer and leave the composition to cool for 3 hours.
The last layer of chocolate is made in the same way as the other 2, except that in the cold it would be preferable to stay for much more than 3 hours (if possible overnight).
