RECIPE PREPARATION Peas with pasta and sausages:

  4. When the water has dropped, add the flour mixed with sour cream, stirring constantly; Leave on the fire for about 5-7 minutes;

  5. Season with salt, pepper and vegeta to taste;

  6. We take it off the fire and serve!

It is known that my recipes are quick and easy to prepare. When I write that it takes you 20 minutes to make a recipe like that and it is. It is known that my recipes are cheap and good, always for a smaller budget. I often write the price and if I have time I promote certain products that I bought.

And it is known that when I praise a recipe I do it rightly.

The pasta recipe with broccoli and sausages meets all these qualities. It is very good, cheap, and fast.

Fresh sausages are used in this recipe, on which occasion I discovered that fresh sausages from Kaufland are really good, although they are quite cheap. Please do not use smoked sausages, buy fresh ones, you will see that they are made immediately.

I found the recipe in several versions, all just as fast, I show you the way I prepared it, I used cooking cream to make the sauce more creamy and I added a generous portion of cheese. The recipe says cheddar but you can also put mozzarella if you have it in the fridge.

Otherwise, the type of dough used is penne, I think they work very well but you can also use the bow or earrings, even broad pasta or in the language of the country where pasta is in power :), tagliatelle, orecchiette, farfalle.

From 500g of pasta you will get 4 generous portions or 6 smaller ones if you want to serve something else, although I think a glass of white wine is enough.

Pasta with broccoli and sausages

Ingredients 4 generous servings:

  • 500g pasta (pens, orecchiette, butterflies or noodles)
  • 600g fresh pork and beef sausages
  • 1/2 of broccoli
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 100g Parmesan or fine grated Romanian cheese
  • 150 g grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 200ml cream for cooking
  • fresh pepper
  • a little bit of oil

In a large pot put boiling water for pasta with a little salt.

We clean the sausages from the skin (they clean very easily) and fry them in a little oil. While they are being made, we keep unscrewing them with a spatula because they tend to gather larger pieces. Sorry for the expression but that's right :)

Until the sausages are done, chop the onion finely, as well as the garlic.

Meanwhile, the water boils, so we put the cut broccoli in the bigger bouquets and boil it for 3-4 minutes, then we take it out and put the pasta that we boil according to the instructions on the package.

When the meat starts to brown, add the onion, garlic and mix gently until slightly browned. Turn off the heat and add the cream for cooking. Add the Parmesan cheese and add only half. Mix well and add broccoli and drained pasta. If you don't have sour cream for cooking, add just a little water in which the pasta was boiled.

Season with salt and pepper and serve the hot pasta with a generous portion of Parmesan on top.

I seasoned the meat with 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, thyme, lemon juice, I grated the garlic over the meat, I sprinkled with oil. I cut the pieces and sausages and put them together with the ribs. I covered it with film and put the bowl in the fridge for two hours.

I then took the bowl out of the fridge.

I prepared a tray covered with baking paper and put the ribs and sausages in the tray.

I cleaned a pepper and an onion, then I cut the onion into juliennes and the pepper into strips. I put the pepper and onion over the ribs. I sprinkled with a little oil, then covered with another baking paper. I sealed the heads well.

I put the tray in the oven at 200 ° C for 1 hour. The last 10 minutes I removed the baking paper and put the stove on the grill.


Method of preparation

For spaghetti with tomato and sausage sauce, grind the garlic and finely chop the onion, then fry them in a little oil for 3 minutes. Add the sausages (cut into 1cm-1.5cm pieces) and finely chopped parsley and mix. Pour half a glass of wine and let it evaporate, then add the tomato paste, a little water and leave for another 20-25 minutes to form the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. The sauce is mixed with the spaghetti and served with grated mutton on top.

Mazare also tried unsuccessfully, through an unprecedented request, to be released from the penitentiary: he claimed that the extradition procedure from Madagascar was not a correct one and that several rights were violated.

Instead, they will be able to enjoy the right to receive visits and a package from relatives and the menu from the day after Easter, when the detainees will receive tea, cheese, jam, sausages for breakfast.

Lunch will be similar to the first day of Easter, except that the steak will be replaced by a bean stew with sausages.


How to prepare pasta with sausages and bellows cheese

Like any pasta recipe, it doesn't have much difficulty. Its success lies in the choice of ingredients.

Ideally, you should have some homemade sausages or maybe some bought from small producers in your area that make quality products from honest ingredients. It would be a shame to use cabanos or I know what industrial sausages.

As pasta, I think fusilli are the most suitable because they retain all that delicious sauce between their wings. But after all, if you don't have fusilli in the house, any others are good.

Put the water in a pot to heat with a little salt after it has heated, add the pasta.
