I took the recipe from Laura Adamache's website. I brought some modifications / substitutions of ingredients to the recipe (ex: milk / mineral water ...). It is a cake that works when you have a craving for sweets .... plenty of chocolate satisfies the craving for chocolate and combined in the cake, next to a coffee is ideal.
- 300 g flour
- a sachet of baked powder
- 30 g cocoa
- 200 g sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 160 g oil
- 120 g of mineral water
- 160 g household chocolate
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate Muffins:
Flour, salt, cocoa, baking powder, sugar are put in a bowl, mix. The liquid part (eggs, oil, mineral water) is put in a bowl and mix well. Add the liquid part to the dry part and mix well.
Chop the chocolate with a knife and place over the composition. It is homogenized.
The pouring composition in forms in which special papers were placed (optional).
Bake the muffins for 30-40 minutes on low heat.
The composition reaches for about 14 muffins.
