We cut the ciabatta in half lengthwise.
On one side we put the olive oil, then the cabbage salad.
Place the cabbage slices, the pepper slices over the cabbage salad, then put the salami slices, the cheese and at the end the tomato slices.
We place the other piece of ciabatta on top, and if we want we can put a little basil on top.
It can be served as such, or it can be heated for 1 minute in the microwave.
Method of preparation
Assemble the sandwich: a slice of bread + a slice of salami + a slice of melted cheese + lettuce leaf. Then, with the help of a dui for garnishing, cut the holes from the second slice of melted cheese. Put it over the lettuce, and put half the egg on top.
From the second slice of salami, also with the help of the duo, two ears are cut. Grow the egg with a knife with a thin blade and fix the ears.
Form two small olive eyes, increase the egg white and fix the eyes.

Bread baguette a piece of 30 cm

Dried salami-7 slices

Method of preparation:
1-Mushrooms (washed, of course,) grind and put in a frying pan with a teaspoon of oil for about 10 minutes.
2-Boil the egg hard and slice it.
3-Grate the cheese.
4-Rosia is sliced, as is the salami.
5-The wand is cut in half lengthwise.
6-The oven heats up over high heat.
7-Now we can start assembling: the halves of the wand are generously greased with cream cheese.
8-We continue with only one of the halves: we arrange the slices of salami, followed by the mushrooms, the grated cheese and the egg slices.
9-Put the other half of the wand on top and put it in the oven, on the middle step, reducing the fire now. Let the cheese soften until it starts to soften.
10-Remove from the oven and complete the sandwich with slices of tomato, mustard and lettuce.

Not all children like cheese, so I did this Cheese sandwich and mosaic salad for my niece who is not a bran fan. To my surprise with the Poznan bears, he ate the sandwich and even the salad.

It's no big deal to make this sandwich. From a few ingredients you prepare something good and simple for the little ones.
Grease a slice of toast with fluffy cheese, add mosaic salad, sprinkle with a little salt and put a poznas teddy bear. Cover with another slice of bread greased with fluffy cheese and put over the teddy bear's face.
Grease the slice of bread on top with black maline cheese and prepare the bear's eyes and snout. We position them on the greased slice, we place the teddy bear over it and we highlight it by putting a little pepper paste or even the tomato cut according to the shape of the cheese. On my head I put a few strands of salad to look like a kind of word.
The conclusion is that my 2-year-old niece was very happy and even ate the sandwich with pleasure, although as I was telling you, she is not a big cheese fan.

400 gr puff pastry
200 gr Mexican mixture of frozen vegetables
150 gr salami
100 gr cheese
50 gr spicy red sauce
1 lg sour cream
Wand with vegetables and salami-Preparation
Thawed puff pastry is divided into equal pieces as needed.
After the vegetables have been steamed, they are put in a food processor together with the slices of salami, salt, sour cream and tomato sauce, they are crushed to form a paste.
We put the grated cheese in it and then we place it on the puff pastry pieces. Grease the edges of the dough with a little water and overlap it to form the baguettes. To prevent the filling from coming out, use a fork to press the edges.
Grease with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake at the right heat until they grow and brown nicely.

Preparation Sandwich with salami and baked peppers & # 8211 Cris Adriatico
We showed up at 7.00 am in the iconic Food Wine & amp Design kitchen to prepare our dough for Turkish buns. And Laura Laurentiu she baked her own mini-wands needed for her sandwich.
I baked 22 buns and left them to cool. Meanwhile, we prepared butter cream with anchovies in a bowl. I used butter with min. 80% fat that I foamed with a spoon (at room temperature) and in which I added a few chopped fillets of anchovies in oil. We tasted it and we really liked it!
Caesar brought with him a bowl full of grilled peppers, ready peeled and cleaned of stalks and seeds. I placed the pepper slices in the food processor and prepared a great sauce (recipe here), adding just a little olive oil, sea salt and a few cloves of garlic.
Sinaia salami it has already been sliced and peeled (very practical!) so we took care of washing the salads: baby spinach leaves and chalk salad. We also wanted to have a crunchy element in the sandwich, so we decided to cut sticks (julienne) of celery stalk & # 8211 celery. Well done! We also sliced the tomatoes and made a mise-en-place & # 8211, meaning we put our components at hand.
Not to forget! I placed the lids of the buns in a tray (cut upwards) and covered them with 2 slices of Gouda cheese (I wanted Raclette but it was not available). I au gratin the lids of the buns for a few minutes in the oven, placed just below the top grill. The cheese melted and ran a little over the edge of the bun in a very aesthetic way.
I greased each half of the bun with butter and anchovies, followed by the baby spinach leaves, the slices of salam Sinaia, a teaspoon of baked pepper sauce, celery sticks, tomato slices, salad leaves created and I closed with the au gratin cheese lid. I fixed each Cris Adriatico sandwich with a bamboo spike and it's ready! Here is the first one, which I shared with Caesar. We really liked how it turned out!
Here is the exhibit that was placed on a plate and left the kitchen, being taken to court.
We continued our work with the rest of the sandwiches that had to be divided into 2 for the guests. In one of the halls was arranged the exhibition table with the competing sandwiches.
One by one, all the teams presented their creations in front of the audience and they tasted in real time the respective dishes. Here are some pictures.

Method of preparation
These appetizer sandwiches, prepared in the oven are very good, served either as appetizers, or can be taken in a package, at school or at work, because they are good both hot and cold and are very filling.
I only made 5 sandwiches, because so many fit in a smaller tray and because I had ingredients left in the fridge and they were fixed for 5 sandwiches.
First grease the tray with butter, or line it with baking paper.
The slices of bread that we will place at the base, we spread them with the fluffy cheese from Delaco, then we place them in the tray, side by side, with the spread side up.
We thus make the outlet with the ingredients that we place on top.
Place the slices of bread, the slices of pressed ham, the slices of salami and the julienned pepper, then the slices of cheese and cover with the rest of the slices of bread.
The cheese will melt during the heat treatment and will thus stick the ingredients in the sandwiches.
Mix eggs with sour cream, add salt and pepper and pour the mixture over the sandwiches in the pan.
Place basil leaves in place and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and mozzarella.
Put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, or until the sandwiches are nicely au gratin.
These appetizer sandwiches, prepared in the oven, cut into small cubes and served as appetizers, even at a holiday table, or cut into triangles and taken as a package, are very effective.

A tasty breakfast sandwich. We must admit, it has a slightly pretentious appearance but, in fact, it is prepared quickly, from the simplest ingredients.

Ingredients (for 1 sandwich):
Bread toast-1 slice
A piece of butter (5 g)
Grated cheese-25 g
Oil 1/2 teaspoon
1-The core of the toast bread is flattened with the back of a spoon (see photo), but without peeling it.
2-Grease the edges of the slice with butter.
3-Put in the pan, with 1/2 teaspoon oil, over low heat.
4-Break the egg in the middle of the slice.
5-The edges (which were previously greased with butter) are lined with grated cheese.
6-Cover the pan with a lid.
7-When you notice that the egg has set, season it with salt and pepper.
8-Serve with green parsley.
