I used rice for dessert "PANZANI" and I followed Horia Virlan's recipe. It turned out good, good!
- 175 gr rice for dessert
- 175 ml of cold water
- 700 ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 50 gr butter
- 1 teaspoon spices (apple, cinnamon, grated lemon peel and orange)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon for garnish
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Milk rice with Multicooker:
Put the washed and drained rice in the multicooker bowl and add the water.
Select the FRY program for 25 minutes.
Separately on the fire, heat the milk in which we added the salt and chew the sugar until they melt.
After 5 minutes, the rice will absorb the amount of water and add the milk.
5 minutes before the time expires, add the spices and vanilla sugar.
After the time has elapsed, add the butter, stirring lightly, and place the rice in the bowls.
Cinnamon powder and serve.
