-bake the pasta according to the instructions on the package

-cut the chest into fairly small pieces and temper it in a few tablespoons of oil until it gets a nice color

-we take out the chest and put it aside

-in the remaining oil add the onion and garlic and sauté until it softens a little, add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato juice but also a few tablespoons of the water in which they cooked the pasta, keep it on the fire for a few minutes, add the chicken

-salt and pepper, add basil and oregano to taste

-Drain the pasta and add the tomato sauce and the chicken breast

-mix all the ingredients well

-turn in a pan greased with butter and lined with breadcrumbs

- Grate plenty of cheese on top and bake for about 30 minutes.

With this recipe we can sit at the table in 20 minutes. When the pasta is cooked, the other ingredients are ready, just like in the pasta recipe with ham and cream sauce (the recipe here), chicken breast with marinara sauce (the recipe here) or pasta with mushrooms and cream sauce (the recipe here).

As I enter the kitchen the first thing is to boil a pot of water. I calculate about 1 l of water per 100 g of pasta and approx. 90-100 g of pasta per person - because this sauce is not very consistent. For "more serious" sauces (gen ragu alla bolognese or carbonara) calculate 80-90 g of dry pasta / person.

Instead of chicken breast you can choose boneless thighs or turkey breast. If you do not like arugula you can use tender baby spinach leaves or other salad of your choice (valerianella for example).
