"Rizeafca" pasta

Today I was in Real and I found a fish called Rizeafca. I haven't seen it yet and I asked the seller what kind of fish it is. She told me that she is the older sister of the sardine.

  • 0.500 g. Over Rizeafca
  • 100 ml. White wine
  • 100 ml. Apple vinegar
  • 50 ml. oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • a teaspoon top rosemary
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves garlic

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION "Rizeafca" paste:

The fish is washed, its head is cut and eviscerated.

Put the fish and the other ingredients in a 1 l pan.

Boil over high heat until it starts to boil, then over low heat for an hour and a half.

Leave to cool, put in a blender and mix until it becomes a fine paste.

A 370 g jar comes out
