RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken legs in breadcrumbs, with tortellini:
In a pot we boil tortellini for 8-10 minutes and a pinch of salt. After they have boiled we put them in a sieve. I left them simple without sauce, that's how they like mine. We clean the pulps of impurities and we cut them on the front and on the back in order to fry them better. We salt and pepper each part after which we pass them through breadcrumbs and beaten eggs. We fry them in hot oil. Good appetite.
