You need a round bowl for tart or pie and 1/2 kg of dough (bought or made - I quickly made it from 400 g flour, 1 egg, 100 g butter, a little yeast that I then mixed I filled it with water until a good dough was formed).

For a tray with a diameter of about 30 cm, we used:
