Spicy sausages in puff pastry

We cut the sausages into pieces of about 5 cm.

The puff pastry sheet is stretched a little and cut into thin strips.

I spun a sheet of puff pastry on each sausage.

Place in a tray lined with baking paper and grease with egg.

Sprinkle poppy seeds or sesame seeds on top as desired.

Put in the preheated oven and leave for about 25-30 minutes.

They are very good and look good in a plate with appetizers.
