Walnut check

For Easter I had some nuts left and I made a cake, fast and very tasty.

ingredients : 4 eggs, 6 tablespoons sugar, a cup of milk (50 ml), 3 tablespoons oil, vanilla sugar, rum essence, lemon and orange zest, baking powder, 5 tablespoons flour, 5 tablespoons ground walnuts .

First mix the egg whites with the hard foam sugar. Then add in turn the yolks, oil, milk, flavors, flour mixed with baking powder, ground walnuts. The last 2 ingredients are easily incorporated, with a spoon, better than with the mixer.

Line a cake tray with baking paper and place in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes on a suitable heat. It's ready when it passes the toothpick test. Cold, peel off the baking paper and dust with sugar.

Ingredient:

4 eggs, 8 tablespoons oil, 8 tablespoons flour, 8 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1 sachet baking powder, lemon juice 250 g walnuts

Method of preparation
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar, the oil and the baking powder with a little lemon juice until the sugar starts to melt. Whisk the egg whites together with 4 tablespoons of sugar and then add over the previously obtained composition. Add in the rain the 8 tablespoons of flour, stirring constantly. At the end, add the walnuts. Grease the cake pan with butter and pour half of the composition. In the remaining composition add a tablespoon of cocoa and then pour into the pan over the previously poured. Bake at the right heat for about 30-40 minutes.


How to serve a cake according to the recipe

After it has cooled, we will start slicing our cake! You will be able to see how well our cake is cut and what a beautiful pattern has formed inside it! It has grown beautifully and is one of the fluffiest cakes I have ever made!

We serve the simple cake, after powdering it with a little vanilla sugar on top! You can just as well serve it with homemade cream or pudding, being the cake that goes perfectly with the hot coffee in the morning!


Method of preparation

Eggs separate (egg whites and yolks).
Mix the yolks together with the oil.
Squeeze the lemon, dissolve the baking powder in its juice and place it over the yolks, mixing well.
Add the salt over the egg whites and beat the foam, then add the sugar in the rain, the vanilla sugar and beat until it becomes a whitish and hard foam.
Then add the yolks little by little, and mix well.
Set the mixer aside and use a wooden spoon. Put the flour in the rain and mix from the bottom up.
A suitable composition must come out. Neither too soft nor too hard.
Grease two cake trays with oil (or baking paper) and pour the same composition in both, leaving 3-4 tablespoons in the bowl.
Mix the remaining 3-4 tablespoons of the composition with cocoa.
We pour in each tray, in the middle, a composition with cocoa.
Top with walnut kernels.
Preheat the oven earlier. When we put the cakes on, we start the fire slowly. Bake approx. 45 min-1 h, and towards the end the fire is given a little harder to brown. We do the toothpick test to see if I'm ready. When we take them out, let them cool on one side.
When cooled, powder with powdered sugar.

We start like this: for a countertop we use: 4 yolks mixed with 4 tablespoons of sugar and 6 tablespoons


Cake with nuts

Prepare the ingredients on a tray to have them at hand.
Sift the flour into a large bowl. Boil 250 ml of milk in a saucepan, then leave to cool. In another pan, prepare the mayonnaise as follows: heat the rest of the milk, add the yeast and four tablespoons of flour. Homogenize the mixture and allow to grow warm.

Make a hole in the middle of the sifted flour and add the ingredients in the following order: mayonnaise, mix a little, add the yolks rubbed with salt then warm milk with sugar (point 2), melted butter and finally the flavors (vanilla and rum) then add lemon peel.

Knead the dough until air bubbles appear in the crust. Let rise for about 40 minutes. Divide the crust into two equal pieces. Spread each piece of dough into rectangular sheets.

Spread on each sheet of walnut filling. It is prepared by mixing the mentioned ingredients for the filling until we obtain a creamy mixture.

Roll the sheets and place them in the cake trays lined with parchment paper and greased with butter. Leave to rise for 15 minutes, away from drafts. Grease with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar. Put in the oven and bake on low heat (150 degrees C) for 40 minutes.

Because I have some egg whites left from the salad and cake, I thought of making this cake in three colors with coconut and cocoa delicious and good-looking.

The result was two cakes, one I made in the shape of a guguluf.

But the shape didn't matter anymore, no matter how good it turned out, it was eaten immediately, I barely saved the one in the shape of a cake for my mother.

I prepared the cake according to the classic recipe, noted in the old notebook, in which the main measure is a 250 ml cup.

Bake the cakes for 40 minutes at 175 degrees, but check in the last 5 minutes with the toothpick.

After extinguishing the fire, leave the trays in the oven for 5 minutes, so as not to leave the cakes.
The cakes will not be removed immediately from the trays, but when they are slightly cooled, in order to keep their shape.

ingredients

10 eggs
300 g caster sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 cup cold water
16 tablespoons oil
16 tablespoons flour
peel from 1 blade & acircie
1 ammonium sachet for cakes
lemon & acircie juice
1 teaspoon cocoa
2 teaspoons rum essence
finely chopped walnuts and pre-baked & icircn

Method of preparation

Wash the eggs. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Grease the bowl with which you will beat the egg whites with a slice of lemon. This trick will make the dough fluffier.

In the bowl where you will put the yolks, sprinkle a pinch of salt.

Beat the egg whites, stir for 2-3 minutes on your own, after which you can gradually add 300 g of caster sugar. Meanwhile, mix in the vanilla sugar sachet.

So that the foam is stronger and the sugar melts better & icircn all this time gradually add and 1 cup cold water.

Separately, mix the yolks with 16 tablespoons of oil, added gradually, until the composition becomes like mayonnaise.

When the two compositions are ready, mix: the yolks are poured over the mixture of egg whites, beating continuously.
After, put & icircn rain, gradually, 16 tablespoons of flour.

At the end, add the peel of 1 lemon, 1 sachet of ammonium for cakes previously dissolved in a cup of lemon juice. Pour over the cake composition and stir a little.

Although many use baking soda, ammonium breaks down much better. Also, ammonium can also be dissolved in vinegar, although lemon juice is preferred.

When it is ready, half of this composition is placed in another bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa, mix and add 2 teaspoons of rum essence.

Take two forms of cake or cake (the cake will grow quite a lot, so the cake shapes are also suitable), grease them with oil and line them with flour.

Pour a quarter of the white composition into each shape. After that, a quarter of the cocoa composition adds a little chopped walnuts, roasted and cooled beforehand.

Mix the compositions with the tail of a teaspoon.

Then, put what is left of the white composition, respectively the black composition, mix again with the tail of a teaspoon, and at the end sprinkle walnuts on top.

Put in the oven and leave for about 30-35 minutes. Place on a wooden board and dust with powdered sugar.
